March and April continued our extremely busy period, with 16 incidents, bringing our total for the year to 44.

March saw 6 call outs to assist the Yorkshire Ambulance Service and 8 in April. There has been a slight change in trend away from walkers with lower leg injuries to people who had fallen off mountain bikes.

There was one call out in March to assist West Yorkshire Police with a search for a high risk missing person.

In addition, the team assisted the fire service with communications during moorland fires around the Marsden Moor area.
