On Saturday 21st October the Holme Valley Mountain Rescue team was asked to assist Scarborough and Ryedale Mountain Rescue Team with a search for a missing person near Selby, unfortunately with no result.
The search commenced at 9.30am and concluded at 5.30pm after completed the tasked area. Unfortunately, the missing person was not found.
In total 40 volunteers, five vehicles, a rescue boat and a search dog and handler took part.
