Call out: Evacuation from Farmland, Lepton

The team was called out at 10:45 am today to farmland near Lepton, where an elderly gentleman had collapsed whilst out walking with his family. The Yorkshire Air Ambulance and medics from St John Ambulance also attended.

Despite the best efforts of all the casualty could not be revived.

Team members escorted the patient’s family from the scene, before evacuating the gentleman to the road on a stretcher.

Our sincere condolences and best wishes go out to the patient’s family at this difficult time.
