July was another quiet month for the team with only two incidents recorded, both in the first week of the month.

The first was on 6th July when the team was asked to assist West Yorkshire Police with a missing person in the Hemsworth area. This team was stood down before getting to the point of deployment.

The second occurred the day after, when a 46 year old male fell backwards from his mountain bike, suffering a head injury and loss of consciousness. The Yorkshire Ambulance Service requested the team’s assistance due to the casualty being quite a long distance from the nearest road.
